Acting on behalf of an adult

You can act on behalf of an adult based on a mandate for transactions that the person has granted to you at suomi.fi/e-authorizations independently or with assistance, or that you have gained by accepting a mandate request.

Mandates can be granted at suomi.fi/e-authorizations in two ways:

• by granting them yourself
• by approving a mandate request from a future assignor

Mandate requests are always sent through the suomi.fi/e-authorizations/ website.

If using electronic services is not possible, mandates for transactions can be granted and mandate requests approved with assistance. Read more about assisted authorisation.
